The market signals that actually change a decision

Leadership teams do not lack data. They lack a way to tell which numbers should change a decision this month. A longer report rarely helps. A shorter list of signals does.

Ask three questions. What is moving that your customers would notice? What is moving that your competitors can act on before you do? What is moving that would force you to change price, product, or capacity if it held for ninety days?

If a metric cannot answer one of those, it belongs in a monitoring pack, not in the Monday conversation. Market analysis earns its keep when it removes noise, not when it adds slides.

This is a sample insight from Tower Bridge Consultants. If the signals on your desk are getting louder, we can help you sort them.
